N K JAYA
An academician turned bureaucrat from a small village in Kerala, Smt.N.K Jaya has had an illustrious career spanning over 30 years with the Government of Kerala. She has contributed to numerous state sponsored projects including the Revenue Department's Disaster Management schemes and the Kudumbashree Mission - an initiative aimed at improving living standards through microcredit and self-help groups. Her expertise even led her to be invited by the Goverment of Ethiopia to support the implementation of these models in East African Countries. Actively engaged in social movements, student empowerment programmes, self-help group initiatives and elderly care homes, Smt. Jaya consistently worked to uplift various sections of the society.
Driven by her passion for meaningful impact, she envisioned creating a technology-driven education platform to help transform the country's educational landscape. With this vision, she founded Rising Pro Innovations with the sole purpose of bridging the gap between conventional and vocational education systems in todays's rapidly evolving technology- and AI-led world. She is a well known poet and writer. One of her books was released in Sharjah International Book Festival in November 2024.
Currently she leads the Academic Marketing Division of Rising Pro Innovations, steering its mission towards building a future-ready learning ecosystem.

BASHEER P A
A seasoned trainer, mentor, and business strategist with over two decades of experience in multinational business environments across the Middle East and the African region. Holding an MBA and a postgraduate degree, he has specialized in Trade Marketing and business consultancy, making significant contributions to business development. As an accomplished author, Mr. Basheer has published two insightful books and translated a third from Malayalam to English. He is an Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) Factor Analyst, mentoring young minds and urging them to complete the innovation life cycle and give back to society. He emphasizes bridging the digital divide and fostering inclusive progress.
In his current role as Co-founder and Chief Strategist at Rising Pro Innovations, he leads the Innovation Division. He collaborates with innovation-focused academic partners, mentors, and students across various institutions, providing strategic direction to align the company's vision with its operational goals, both in the short term and long term.

DEEPAK PADIYATH
With a mission to enable 10 million placements, Mr Deepak Padiyath is an accomplished educationist, mentor and franchise consultant with over 19 years of experience. He leads Careers and Connects, StudyAccounts.com, and DISE-Global, driving academic innovation and strategic partnerships.
Formerly Vide President for Strategic Alliances and Quality Assurance at a multinational education brand and across 12 countries, he began his career as a software engineer and was the first Indian to develop a malayalam language pack for a CRM. A passionate learner, he holds 34+ certifications in management, leadership, technology and psychology and is also a certified yoga instructor.
Currently, Mr.Deepak Padiyath works as Independent Technical Director at Rising Pro Innovations guiding in onboarding academic partners, technical leadership and envisages the future of Rising Pro Innovations in the digital space.
Advisory Council

SHRI T.P SREENIVASAN
A former Ambassador and Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, Vienna and Governor for India of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna and Ambassador to Australia and Slovenia (2000 - 2004). T.P Sreenivasan has served in the Indian Foreign Service for 37 years. His previous postings were as Deputy Chief of Mission (Ambassadorial Rank) in the Embassy of India, Washington, (1997 - 2000) High Commissioner of India to Kenya and Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations in Nairobi, (1995 - 1997) Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, New York(1992 - 1995) and Ambassador to Fiji and 8 other South Pacific Island States (1986 - 1989). He has also served in New Delhi, Tokyo, Thimphu, Moscow, New York and Yangon. He rose to the highest level in the Indian Foreign Service in 2001 and retired in 2004.
Mr. Sreenivasan has nearly 20 years of experience in multilateral diplomacy and has represented India at numerous international conferences organized by the United Nations, the Commonwealth and the Non-Aligned Movement. He has also chaired several UN committees and conferences.
His guidance and lectures inspire Rising Pro Innovations, helping to shape a strong. well-informed generation across the country.

Prof.Dr Achuth Shankar S Nair
Achuth Shankar S Nair was the Professor of Computer Science of the Department of Computational Biology & Bio-informatics, University of Kerala. A graduate from the IIT Bombay and a holder of Ph.D in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, Dr. Nair is also a visiting professor in various Institutions both within India and abroad. He also served as the Director C-DIT under the Govt. of Kerala for 3 years. He authored about 15 books in English and Malayalam including a novel and numerous scholarly articles and a number of research publications. An ardent lover of music, he possesses a Ph.D in music also. He has been invited to deliver lectures and talks on music in Madras Music Academy, Kalakshethra (Chennai) and Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, Bangalore. He held membership in Kerala State Higher Education Council, CUSAT Syndicate, Kerala University Senate and Academic Council.
His mentorship paves the way for Rising Pro Innovations to find and explore new arenas of Information technology Artificial Intelligence Bio Informatics, Science driven learning and so on.
